Anxious Right Now

Hi guys Im anxious right now, I experienced fast heartbeats, shortness of breath and body weakness. Im so scared of passing out, someone help pleaseee, Its kind'a uncomfortable thing. 

Danielle put some music on, songs u no the words to. Put headphones in and sing along. It will distract u. Might not get rid but it will help i the meantime. If u can try a breathe from ur tummy not ur chest

As you know that it is anxiety, then take control of it.   Deep breathing, if you are young and healthy go for a run, dance, sing or find something to laugh at.   Keep talking to your self, even get angry as this will replace the anxiety symptom.   Tell yourself it is your mind and thoughts  that are doing it, it is not reality   You can train your mind to be peaceful. xx.
