Anxious

I feel very anxious most of the time, any suggestings for this?

are you having panic attacks or is it a constant feeling of anxiety?

A trip to the doctor if you havent already would be good. I know its hard with the way your feeling right now but I'm sure it would lif a weight of your shoulders.

Excercise is great for combating anxiety. 

I also like those relaxation/meditation videos on youtube. I listen before I go to bed to help me sleep.
