The skin is cracked along the ridge of the penis glans. I assume its due to itching when I had a rash there because I didn't have cracks like this until I started having itching problems over time. I'm hoping that the damage isn't too bad to where I can't correct it in any way shape or form.
I'm aware that the cracks will probably not fully go away, but is it possible to make them seal up/disappear at least partially? Will they go away after a long while of applying moisturizer or some kind of oil/cream? Or will I require some sort of surgery or other treatment/medicine to have these cracks partially (if not fully) removed?
Also, is there anything that can be done to make the skin on my glans less wrinkly & more tightened/smoothened out? Or will it smoothen out by itself over time?
Looks pretty normal. & without an erection, it’s unlikely they will smooth out, esp as you get older.
My glans has looked a lot like yours since I was 14, which is when I started masturbating.
I don’t know if masturbating caused it, but the crack where the glans and corona meet just appeared overnight.
There was never any pain and my doctor said this is the way I am and the glans I have is just a normal variant.
I am 62 now and this has never caused me any problems.
I have come to accept my glans for what it is and its uniqueness.
