hello, im 18 years old and just found out i have genital herpes.. truly dont know how to even feel, i feel in a daze.. just crazy. my first out break was not that bad, i have one or maybe 2 soars.. im already on medication which im sure is helping.. but i just want to know if they say my first out break is always the worst is what people are telling me and this would be considered my first out break could that mean the chances of me having a bad out break in the future are slim to none? especially me being on medication.. im just asking with anyone that has experience cos i honestly dont know how to feel or what to even expect.. if my out breaks will always be mild the way they are now or what IDK IM JUST HEART BROKEN!!! ugh please anybody honestly ANY advice would help
