Just thought I'd post to see if anybody has had a good day today and could offer some hope for those who haven't?

Hiya Neil, sorry if you've had a bad day, my day has been QUITE good but thats the first good day in ages, the only down side is I tell myself ok you've had a good day but my head is telling me you will pay the price tonight 
you just have 2 grab each minute you are feeling okay and treasure and enjoy it, we will all get there im sure of it, hope you are doing okay and banging away on those drums,hope you have a good night, take care xx

I have had a reasonable one... Got alot done this morning but have had awful headache and sore throat all day... Think i have cold coming! Going to get KFC soon not that im very keen but promised my youngest for weeks now that i will get some....
Hey Neil. I'm sorry your day hasn't been so good. My day was quite okay, but then again, yesterday wasn't. I guess as long as we have good days, it's all good, right? Things are always up and down and there should be some balance anyway. I mean, if we had just good days, we couldn't really appreciate them. So, I hope tomorrow will be a better day for you and since today wasn't, you'll be able to appreciate it more all the best xx

Headache going a little, throat kills! My colds never last for long, lucky for me, but sinus trouble lingers afterwards... Im used to it now
