Can estradiol and provera help with ovaarian cyst and can it help lower blood pressure and sugarl levels in diabetics
if any one is diabetic, have high blood pressue and hypothyroidism and are in menopause and taking HRTs to help with their symptoms please let me know how the HRTs are affecting you
Elizabeth, I have read from several authors who specialize in HRT, that yes estradiol does help with insulin and diabetes. (Dr. Diana Schwarzbein and Elizabeth Vilet to name a couple) Normally it is suggested that estrogen raises blood pressure, however BP is primarily the function of our cortisol.
I can't not tell you about ovaian cysts. But it is important to always closely monitor your specific conditions if you are on HRT.

I have not started the estrogen or the progesterone for those reasons I am on two blood pressure meds losartan and amlodipine
I have read that HRTs can help with ovarian cysts
They think its the cystic ovarian neoplasm that I have and i am just wondering if these cysts need to come out because i was in pain i become nauseated and have a lot of diarrhea or change in stools, and i feel full or bloated for no reason and i have not even started the HRTs also i get really tired and i go to the bathroom a lot and i know that ovarian cysts can do this
What do you think. I feel like i want them tested just to make sure they are not cancerous
I think you should have these looked at. If for no other reason than to answer your own worries. Once you get that information, then you can take the next step.
