Any help please? White mark on glands

white mark seems to be getting bigger but is not raised. picked it off first time but came back a few days later. any help as to what it is please

It could be a fungal infection. Try applying some anti-fungal cream like Clotrimazole 1% .

If the condition does not improve, consult a dermatologist or urologist.
