It looks like a recent outbreak of genital herpes (hence the scabs) and this would also explain the swollen glands. As you’re aware, genital herpes is an STD, so please try to see a doctor to confirm the diagnosis and get checked for other infections. The condition appears to be healing, so I don’t think you’ll benefit from medication at this time. If the diagnosis is confirmed, you should alert your recent partner to this problem as they may be unaware.
