
I am not sure, but as with anything like this, I would go to a doctor to have it diagnosed..
is it fluid filled like a blister?
when did you last have sex? was it protected? One long term partner or a new one?
it may be nothing, could be an infection or herpes.

Just to clarify, are you experiencing recurrent redness and soreness in the same area (on the right)? It lasts maybe 24h and then resolves…and then returns a few days/weeks later? Is that correct?
If this is the case, then genital herpes is a strong possibility. I suggest you get the area swabbed for herpes (HSV) DNA if/when it starts to erupt again. Hopefully, this will confirm the diagnosis and you can then manage it appropriately.

yes the bumps dont have any fluid in them and they dont scab or go away they are alway there
If the bumps are always there, it makes herpes less likely. Time to see a gynaecologist.
