Any idea what this is?

Hi everyone I’m new to patient info, I have had this purple spot looking thing near my genitals for about two weeks now, it seemed to appear randomly. I know that I should be going to the doctor to figure out what this is and I will I just want opinions before I go. I recently had a sti test on Thursday I’m still awaiting results for it back, I got tested for chlamydia, gonnorea, HIV and syphilis. This purple thing doesn’t hurt, itch burn or anything and there is nothing else down there. It is located below my vagina close to where my bum starts. I am not really sure what to think about it. I felt it earlier and it hurt to press on like a bruise but it looks different to a bruise and surely would have gone by now if it were that, it feels like it has a dip or divet in it. I am 18 years old and have only had one sexual partner so far. Below I have attached images of it, from about just over a week ago and one from today.

it could be a blown blood vessel. Do you have on other places?

I don’t no, I didn’t even consider that but you could be right.

That’s good to know I will leave it alone and not touch it, I think I’ll still get an opinion from a professional just to ease my mind, but thank you for offering you opinion I appreciate it.

UPDATE: I got my chlamydia, gonnorea, HIV and syphilis results back today. Everything was negative!! :slightly_smiling_face:

Thanks for asking it is still there, no differences so far, not any bigger or smaller, or anything like that. I’m gonna continue to keep my eye on it.
