so we are swingers who always play safe our last meet up war over 3 months ago with a couple that is familiar to us . about 3 weeks ago had an itch and these popped up and really havent changed since they are firm, seem to flatten out when i pull on skin but stick out when skin is loose. did the vinager test and they didnt turn white, not the white i would expect anyways . rulling out herpes because of time elapsed and the fact they arent blisters. any help would be great its cramping any potential plans we have later this summer pictures are all same area with different angles and zoom

It looks like Molluscum Contagiosum to me. It can be spread skin to skin contact. On some people it may clear up on it’s own but for some it takes time and treatment. It is highly contagious and you should refrain from sex until it clears.
