I noticed this a few months ago but I’m sure it was there before I was just doing a more in-depth inspection.
There is no pain, no sign of infection, doesn’t seem to get bigger or smaller and is not a bump to touch.
! I Have two, the other is on the other side of my penis, both located under the foreskin and unless you pull it all the way back you wouldn’t notice, photo is at full stretch
This could be first indications of the possibility of a skin condition or a dermatological weakness developing. You can only closely monitor the situation in case things worsen.
What you need to be suspicious of is anything that is in regular contact with the penis. This can be anything from soaps, shower gels, washing powders (contact via clothes or towels) Lubes such as Baby Oil etc., condoms if you use them … in simple terms, if it is chemical based, oil based be very wary …

What to do - never use any form of soap on the head of the penis, when you shower, draw the foreskin forward to protect the head of your penis, rinse everything off when you finish showering, then expose the head of your penis and rub with fingers and water only - dry your penis first carefully with a towel and make sure the head and foreskin of your penis is completely dry!
i have been told that this is without a doubt a wart from HPV but only by someone who has seen the same photo a nother service.
