A new one for me All day and it was a day or two right after ovulation .
A drop in which hormone, and how can I remedy it naturally so it won't happen next time does anyone know?
Does any one else here have this happen?
Good morning...would probably be a drop in estrogen. The sadness is a common problem and often gets a lot worse with peri menopause. I know mine did. I'm on BHRT which is definitely helping but it's still a work in progress getting the levels right. Unfortunately its very different for each woman as to what helps. But you definitely aren't alone with the sadness. Sorry I couldn't be anymore help to you but don't worry, you're compketey normal.
Funny, I think breasts being bigger in a cycle for me is a sign of more estrogen.They come and go,different each cycle.This cycle now I'm well endowed,for me.They put in a lot of years of breastfeeding babies ,so I hope they don't desert me after menopause
I definitely don't have lovely perky ones but before my period when my estrogen would go through the roof I'd have these amazing full perky breasts..they were so sore I couldn't touch them but they looked incredible..😃
