Hi I keep getting this strong pulsating in my ears when I stand up walk about or eat but I don't at night time it's been going on for ages now.. My blood pressure normal... I'm also experiencing lots of tummy issues and aches in both arms cud it be heart related?
Is it like the sound of the ocean but to the beat of you’re heart? If so it’s called pulsital tinnitus. I have it in my right ear all the time and sometimes it’s so loud I have a hard time hearing. When my ear pops the sound can get louder. There’s a rear reason why I have it and I’m trying to get it fixed. I have already had surgery for a csf leak now I need more head surgery. But There’s a lot of reason why someone could get pulsital tinnitus. I have had mine since 2014 that I know of. Do you have any other symptoms?
Only hapoens when I’m active and eaten but once in bed I don’t hear it… N yes it’s exactly sound of sea with heart beat… Its annoying… I only have to move and its so powerful I keep thinking it’s heart related
