I have had anxiety for a long time over 10 years, agoraphobia etc other thinking ( i think i am dying on a daily basis due to tiny things) I was not sure where to post this but anxiety felt like a good place because its causing my head major anxiety thinking its some sort of disease or cancer I do take meds for my anxiety but i have never had problems on them so i do not think its anything to do with them and as i am aware i am not allergic to anything Last night i got some sort of spot on my spot that was itchy thought nothing of it then couple hours later i noticed a lump that just felt weird, Then i noticed i had multiple like spots lumps on my back, First thought was some sort of heat rash because the weather has been pretty hot where i am but it did not match up with pictures online I then come across flea bite picture and bed bug bite pictures and some of the bed bug bite pictures looked more similar But i am still unsure what this is any help is appreciated Picture

I would suspect a possibility of bed bugs. Have you laid on the ground that other bugs or insects could have bitten you like ants is grass? Flea bites tend to be mostly on legs and ankles however they can be higher on the body if you sit on the floor. Try not to sit on the floor if you do, sit in chairs. For some reason just about every bug loves the way I taste or something. I get bites when others don’t. Check the seams, cracks and examine your mattress. They hide in daylight. I suppose a spider could do this too. Hopefully it just happened once and you don’t have some kind of infestation. Get help if you can’t find the cause, both doctor who may be able to identify the marks and an exterminator.

They are probably bites, possibly even mosquito/gnat bites. I had 5 in one place last week. If they get worse or don’t improve, or you get more, maybe ask a doctor’s advice. They are almost certainly nothing, and don’t look like a symptom of anything serious.

Hi I’m no insect bite specialist but think they are gnat bites, the little buggers love the heat,and get to you through clothing, try to avoid water streams n lakes, as they are attracted to wet and hot places, put a bit of jungle juice repellant on don’t worry you will be fine.

It could be many things, yes it could of been bugs in a garden as i do have a wild like back garden where all sorts of flies and other things visit

and yes its only this once i have never had this before hence why i can’t accept its bed bugs and i am not a scruffy person really to get bed bugs but i guess any one can get them

I still do have them they have gone down in size but are still red

thanks, they never got any worse just was inflated for a couple days now they are smaller in size just very red still

for i know it could of just been a bug bite from my garden but not sure :slight_smile:

I am doing okay just still red and yes in the uk it was very hot when this did occur, i do remember before i noticed them all i did itch one little spot and i thought it was nothing then they all come out lol

but could of been any type of bug in my garden also not `100% sure :slight_smile:

I also did check my bed fully and checked for stuff but nothing was found

I think it was just a typical bug bite but i over exaggerated thinking i was dying lol

I also do have a dog but it gets treated to prevent fleas

not sure what it was, it’s still there just less inflamed
