usually happens when i am in a light sleep just before waking up or dropping off to sleep, having about 2 or 3 a night and lasts between 20 to 60 seconds.
I’m having adrenaline surges that wake me from sleep. so I’m not sleeping much at all.
Hi I don’t know if they are seizures but I too have that issue of falling into a light sleep for a few minutes and waking up gasping for air.. This happens several times a night.
