Gibt es natürliche/pflanzliche Mittel gegen Angstzustände? Oder rezeptfreie?

Hi. Recently I've been suffering with the worst anxiety of my life to the point where I keep having anxiety attacks multiple times a day, shaking, crying, struggling to breathe, unable to eat or sleep etc. 

I have been prescribed diazepam for short-time use (2-4mg when needed eg. when having a severe anxiety attack) and so far I've only taken one. I don't really want to go down this route of taking prescribed medication (and neither does my GP) because I don't want to become addicted to benzos or have to take anti-depressants where the side effects can be worse than the actual condition (mania, suicidal thoughts etc.)

So I was just wondering if anyone has ever tried any natural or herbal remedies (Primrose Oil, Valarian, Kava etc.) or medication that you can buy over the counter (such as sleeping tablets/Kalms) for their anxiety and if it has worked for them? I only need something that I can take when having an attack or as a preventative measure when faced with a stressful situation.

Omg love we are on the same exact boat my anxiety is the worst also I be shaking and can barely catch my breath and feel hopeless at times and I'm always physically hurting and I can't eat or sleep either.. sometimes I can go days without eating. I don't take meds either I refuse I went to a herbal store and bought some stress drink called calm i have been too chicken to even take it yet but im going to soon.. I think u should try natural herbs first then if u really can't take it then try a small dose of anti depressants that's where I'm going next if the herbs don't work.. but if you can't sleep try this app called abide omg it knocks me out everytime I swear.. just close your eyes and listen to the water fall and it has topics for everything your going through. When I can't sleep I put that on and in 10 mins top I'm knocked out.. 

I have valerian and it does help you sleep you could try it to calm a panic attack also I just started Ashwagandha you take it daily but from what I have read it can really help but you take it every day. Also meditation I do it every day I use simple habits app. Maybe this can help

most natural thing I can think of is meditation. if you haven't tried it give it a chance. i think its better than any medication at long term mental strength. essentially you try to focus on something and you will becomes better and better at noticing when your mind moves to other things (bad things) and stopping them before they grow.  

I have been looking into oils and I absolutely believe there are benefits. If you can find someone certified in aromatherapy or holistic healing I recommend making an appointment. Medical insurance doesn't cover these things where I am so I am unable to but I have a good friend who works for a reputable oil company that trains her on oil uses and I plan to utilize oils in the near future. Bergamot is one of the oils that I have become very interested in. Just do your research first.

My house is full of whole bunch of medicine from the doctors and natural and herbal remedies.Nothing worked.I used clonozepam only when I really can't take it any more.

Remedies are  Chamomile tea/Lavender tea/Lemon Grass tea all mixed very  strong  for stress issues. 

Catnip herb, is the strongest herb used by itself, eating it and making into a  tea, a table spoon of the herb, in hot water for 20 minutes.  and strain out the  herb unless you make your own tea bag for it .
