has anyone felt better lowering a dose.? I feel my dose is too high maybe as I have been gradually getting worse and worse since I increased 4 weeks ago. didn’t feel this bad on a lower dose. last night was pure ■■■■ and cant go through that again. thanks.

horrible headaches /Irritability to the tenth power/mood swings/nervousness/doom/fear/when i drop my dose all these symptoms ease little by little .
how long for the doom feelings to pass and dread when going back down?
probably ten days for doom and dread.my other symptoms a few days .
