I have been reading my housing file which was given to me by my legal aid solicitor in relation to an eviction court hearing we were pushed into and I lost of course.
I am reading some shocking statements made about me by one of the 2 neighbours who was out to hurt me as much as possible and to suffer to the extreme which is what has occured .
The thing is the file is full of her false alegations of harassment being made against me , it goes on to show how my Landlord would log them each time immediately yet when I informed them in writing that I had been harassed by her my complaints wer not logged nor ever responded to throughout 2014 or this year.
These complaint from this neighbour were not just logged on the ASB registar that social Landl Lord have an obligation to do each time , they in turn passed these false alagtions over to the local Police who also were logging these false allegations made against me, on all occassions i was totally unaware this was going on throught the 18 months, it is the obligation also of the Landlord to write to me and inform me that a complaint has been made to them , they were not doing this is this is the way that gives those accused a right to respond and defend themselves.
For me it wasnt done this way.
What has really upset me eeven more and caused such intense emotional pain was the accusations I read in my housing file from the same neighbour making claims to my Landlord that I am in fact Schitzophrenic , this allegation was reapted by her to the Landlord on a number of occasions and she was making out that I was totally unpredictable and scary , that i was a risk to the general public especially children.
My landlord also then went on to pass this information and eoffensive untrue allegation as being real and told the POlice. Who also now believed this .
It would be amazing if there was someone out there thhat is rading this or has a lawyer family member or freind that can difine to me if this is called Deformation in law and as a disabled person how can I pursue a claim against the landlord for sharing such information that they were given onto a third party (the Police ) who went on to give evidence through a flase statement when we were in court for the case of eviction to be heard.
The Police statement was total lies and was made up not by the Police officer who was supposed to be present on the day and time when they claimed I was seen on a local bus , talking out loudly to passengers saying i was hearing voices , and i was dying ect ect.
When in fact i was known to of walked into a park and sat under a tree and was overdosing on anxiety meds and was never on that bus , and it was my carer who explained to me this was infact untrue as he was with the Police as they were looking for me knowing I was at risk at that same time.
From the park I walked into the A +E and was treated for overdosing and the anxiety that had overwhelmed me.
The statement by the Police claims I was seen by another Police officer but fails to name the Police Officer and this was something we were hoping to use in our defense but being no bodies we didnt even have a chance to press the POlice on tis wicked false statement .
That started from the conversation from the neighbor making such offensive staements to my landlord.
Do I have anything that is actually worth pursuing here legally is my other question and how can this be achieved.
I am diagnised by mental health with severe anxiety and depression not what they all believe to be Schitzasphrenia.
