Breathing worse and fatigued all day, can hardly move.
Hi shejade. Yes I'm the same my temp goes through the roof. A large fan and ice lollies help me
I have pulmonary sarcoidosis and I been told to walk 30 minutes a day to keep fit. I do try to do so, and have just been for a 'constitutional'. I had been walking for about 20 minutes and was struggling as it is so hot and humid today. I was about to cross the end of a road when I noticed someone pulling out of their drive. It suited me to stop and wait as I was gasping for breath. I didn't realise it was so obvious, though. The driver stopped and asked me if I was OK. I assured him I was, feeling somewhere between embarrassed and grateful someone noticed! I have come home and been thinking about not being able to go for a walk without struggling clearly enough for people to notice. Actually, I am upset as I thought I was doing well. I suppose you adjust to the impact it's having on your life, and it takes an instance such the one today to make you realise how much you've had to change how you live.
Hi. How the doctor has the cheek to tell you to walk for thirty mins each day I don't know. I can hardly walk at all now only recently been diagnosed and I'm already having to rely on a wheelchair to get around.
