In the Memphis area, I would suggest reaching out to either the Podiatry Centers of Memphis (phone 901-767-5620) or to Midsouth Foot & Ankle Specialists (phone 901-309-7700).  Both of these groups offer EPAT and would be good to talk with about your heel pain.
