Does anyone recommend a vulvar clinic, gynocologist, specialist or even eastern medicine clinic/location in Ottawa, Ontario?

I am finding nothing online

Elle there is a vulvar clinic in Ottawa at the Ottawa hospital. Just do a search on vulvar clinic  Ottawa and it will come up

I think that one of the ladies on this board went there. I’m tempted to go myself. I live about 2-1/2 hours away. There are no clinics in my city that I can find    It’s a real shame because a specialist in this field is valuable

How would you get in to see a specialist like this. My gynecologist is not very helpful. He's very dismissive and too busy to talk for too long.  I live several hours away but would certainly make the drive. I've been thinking about going to the states just to get some professional help.

I’ve seen that vulvar clinic but I’m having trouble finding a phone number to get in touch with them. 

I’m seeing my doctor Wednesday and will ask. Might need a referral in order to get an appointment.

Elle. Just google vulvar specialist in Ottawa. The hospital will come up. Just call the main phone number and ask for vulvar clinic. They do have one there. I’m sure you’ll need a referral  they’ll tell u what to do

Every times i mention the vulva clinic everyone asks “what?”

Apparently it’s not well known 

I’ve asked my doctor for a referral to there and she also referred me to a gynocolist Dr Kathryn Morneau. No idea if she specializes in LS or not. 

As per usual my doctor rushed me, doesn’t seem to think LS is a big deal at all and thinks nothing else is needed beyond Clob. Very frustrating.

U have the referral for vulvar clinic?  Or just gyno?  My dr rushes me sometimes As well very annoying and disrespectful I find. I was tested for yeast last week. Came back positive. So I’m using cream internally since yesterday. Don’t feel any better. Still burning away. It’s awful. 

The next thing the dr said is to have a colposcopy. It’s a machine that doesn’t touch your body but it has a strong magnifying light to see inside. 

I’m fed up

She wanted to refer me just to a gyno. I also asked for a referral to the Vuvla clinic... didn’t get any papers or anything so just have to wait for a phone call.

Vulvar clinic good idea unless Gyno specialist in that 

Call back if u don’t hear from them. I hate that. It’s like these secretaries run the show.
