Has anyone got my tips to help improve anxiety ?
I have about 1 week in 4/5 where my symptoms mostly go and it feels great . I want to feel like this more . I have no explanation as to why they go briefly . They just do! Lol
I'm 24 and have had anxiety since I was a child . It's really bad at the moment and I finds it's getting progressively worse as I get older .
Symptoms :
Spaced out
Heavy head pressure
Headaches
Stomach upset
Trembling
Very noticeable heart beat occasionally
Startled easy
Muscle tightness and pain ( especially in neck )
I had pains in my legs for 3 months . Went to many doctors and when I finally got a hospital test appointment my mind was more at ease and my pains went straight away ...
after that I knew it was 100% anxiety !
Any help would be great

Hi phil, I've been suffering for years too and now see a therapist who has taught me a lot about the scientific reasons behind the symptoms of anxiety/panic attacks. If you go on YouTube and search fight or flight response it might help. And maybe try to really focus on what's happening in your life, where you are and who you are with when you feel these symptoms, there maybe triggers that your not picking up on, it will make more sense once you have a look on YouTube, our bodies are actually designed to do this to ironically survive dangerous situations. I also worry about my health a lot . Although I think I am pretty healthy at the moment . Eat well, not overweight etc but still worry

I know exactly how you feel, I'm always concerned that something is wrong with me and yet I'm very aware that I'm probably over thinking things, it can be so frustrating at times as it does impact so much on your life and is draining. Just try and stay positive and look at the facts when you start to overthink.
