I have had this off and on chest pain in the middle of my chest and can't figure out what it is. It's always a quick dull ache then it's gone.. it's every day.. sometimes all day sometimes twice a day. My EKG was good I guess so I don't think it's my heart. I bent over a while back and felt a huge pain it's been there ever since.
I have the same exact feeling all of my EKG came back fine as well it’s juts this constant dealing pain I did take an ibuprofen but it might work differently for others it did help but then I started to feel dizzy might’ve just been me overthinking with my anxiety. I hope things get better

Have you been back to the doctor? It could be costocondritis I get it every now and then but had it really bad a few years back. It's an inflammation between the ribcage. I thought I was having a heart attack and it went undiagnosed for over a year!

No I've been trying to deal with on my own, I don't have pain whatsoever when I press around my sternum or ribs so I'm clueless
Oh ok it might be a good idea to try and see a doctor just for your own peace of mind.
