Yepp. Went to physiotherapist after suffering for almost a year. Got hand braces to be worn at night. They seem to be working - at least for the time being.
As I work with computers, I did not connect the pain / numbness in hands, fingers to menopause, but I did read here and at other sites that it very well may be related.
