Hi I am 22 years old Male since last year I am suffering from erectile dysfunction I don't know why but I have external hemorrhoids I didn't want to any doctor and I didn't take any medication . 3 months ago I decided to go to running maybe that help me but it became even worse I did running for only 4 or 5 days and then stopped the after 3 days I noticed something strange while I am sitting I started to feel some kind of pleasure on my anus and when I masterubite while ejeculation I feel the pleasure or orgasm in my anus instead of my thighs (my usual orgasm is in my thigh not in my anus ) please help me iam not gay

This can be due to issues in prostrate gland.
Please meet a Urologist. Do a Ultra Sound on your prostrate. Blood tests to determine PSA can be useful.
