Always feel so dizzy after drink. Is this normal?

Yeah I feel really spaced out even after one drink and feel really funny and dizzy x
Kirsty, everyone has their own tolerance levels to alcohol. Some people have a large capacity and others small.
In some people there can be an adverse reaction to it as, after all alcohol is a poison but only a mild one.
You also need to consider if you had eaten before 'inbibing', because if you didn't then the effect that alcohol can have on the body is vastly exaggerated.
My wife for example can only drink about half of a small glass of wine before feeling 'woozy', and after a whole glass, that if she could take it, she would be on the floor.
I think that you should just continue to monitor the effect it has on you and be very careful.
