I get itching inside my penis after ejaculation, and it starts about 5 to 30 mins after ejaculation. It lasts for a few hours on and off. Drinking lots of water and urinating helps.
Tested for all STDs - negative.
Cystoscopy shows nothing abnormal.
Urine culture is also normal.
Could it be some pathogen in semen that irritates the urethra? I am thinking about this possibility because I get itching after ejaculation.
I am planning to go for a semen culture next.
Any suggestion from anyone? Can somebody help?
