I've been thinking about this recently. Once in a while or quite frequently depending on the day, I'll get bizarre feelings that I just...cannot explain for the life of me. They often put a weird taste in my mouth, or a strange smell in the back of my nose, and they just overall make me feel like something...isn't quite right. I would like to think if there was something truly wrong I would be feeling worse than 'a little bit uneasy', but I can't help but wonder if this is an isolated 'me' thing or a common one. I wish I could explain the feelings better but...like I said, I just can't. Does anyone else know what I'm talking about?

I some times get a weird buzzing feel in my tongue or mouth, or something alike.
Or some times a weird head feeling or smth, and it’s just… off?
I just think it’sanxiety and pills doing weird stuff tho
OMG ! I read these to help keep me calm. I have suffered with health anxiety for a few years now. My newest symptom was a weird smell ans weird dry feeling in the back of my throat. It came on fast and lasted maybe one second and happened like 4 times in a few minutes and it threw me into a big panic! Ive been focusing on smells the past 3 days & its driving me crazy! Have you had any other symptoms? Any test?
i get these sounds, its the defo the medication, never bad them before in my while life until
i started anti depressants - if tour not on medication then sounds like it could be anxiety symptoms
