carrots seem to go straight through me, anyone else have this issue?
How strange you should ask this question.
I have IBS
I quite often have Wiltshire Farm Foods.
With some meals the carrots are sliced and they are fine.
With others it is the little baton carrots and they are the ones that go straight through me.
I mention this to Farm Foods are they said that was strange because they were all the same source.
If I buy fresh carrots they seem to be fine.

well funnily enough, it was baton carrots that gave me the problem!!!
I'm not sure if it's because I boiled them for too long and made them too soft perhaps...
I've noticed it's been a bit of a trigger as my stools have been a bit looser with lots of apparent.. carrot.. in them. I think i'll be avoiding them in the future!!
I am fine with most foods. Avoid carrots since you are reacting to them.
