Anyone else have these?

ive noticed over the past few months i seem to be getting these small white spot like lumps on my penis head, they seem to come & go & are usually more apparent after sex, masturbation or showering & drying myself. Ive been tested for all STD's and all clear! anyone know what they could be?

When you were tested for STD’s did you mention you had these? If so, I can only guess you were given no insight as to what they are? So, you likely have one of two things going on: a skin condition developing. or a dermatological reaction going on. If you use condoms regularly, switch to one of the other leading brands, or try ones for sensitive skin.
As we can only guess what is going on, exclude as much as possible anything that comes into contact with the head of your penis that is chemical based. So, if you use Baby Oil or any other Lubes try different ones, exclude anything oil based such as the baby oil, skin creams / ointments, moisturisers, that kind of thing.
As you can get an interaction between different things that come into contact with the penis, and if you are uncircumcised - when you shower, draw the foreskin away from the body to protect the head of the penis while you shower and thoroughly rinse everything off. Whenever you wash you penis use warm water and gently rub with the inside of your hand, then completely pat dry with a towel.
The other essential is never allow any substance to remain behind your foreskin if you are actually uncircumcised. This means after any sexual arousal, following masturbation, and certainly following sex and ejaculation.
For someone who has this kind of thing going on with the head of the penis any fluids, ejaculate, pre-cum, lubes, the chemicals inside condoms MUST be removed from the entire head / glans of the penis and the entire foreskin as soon as possible. I keep several toweling face cloths which ONLY I use to remove these fluids, keep one by your bed / or where-ever, for initial clean-up - then wash with water as soon as possible …

thanks for your reply! no at both times of being tested i didnt have these symptoms hence why im unsure to what is going on! i have booked myself back into the clinic but not until next week. I Dont use lubes, lotions or any other ointments on my penis. Neither do i use condoms, im in a stable relationship for 10years both tested all clear. im uncircumsised but i can pull my forskin completly back freely & shower twice daily as i always have using the same body wash again that i have always used. I Think i have PPP around the base of the head of my penis, im woundering if these little white spot like lumps could be the start of PPP on my penis head? I also had some shots of penicillin a few months back for some other un related health issue & also woundering could this be a side effect from that?

I would have thought that if you had PPP they would have grown and be in place permanently by now, rather than appearing and seeming to dissapear? I have tried to check at what age PPP do actually develop and whether this can vary from person to person, and the typical age-span this applies to - without any results!
Cannot say about the penicillin - most people on here have no medical background, only, we have ‘the practical users manual’ from what we have experienced, and hear of, from others, ourselves!
As I state above: when you shower, draw the foreskin away from the body to protect the head of the penis while you shower and thoroughly rinse everything off. Whenever you wash you penis use warm water and gently rub with the inside of your hand, then completely pat dry with a towel. … What you need to be aware of is that you can have an accumulative effect of things happening with the skin on the head of your penis, not just one specific thing impacting on it that you can easily exclude …
So, simply, you could have something going on - all you can do is monitor this to see if things dramatically worsen …
