Any of you wake up and just swetting and than try breathing reading anything and just cant seem to fall back asleep. I normally never have a problem sleeping but lately it has become an issue for me and im not sure why. Also any ideas that help you sleep.
most likely due to anxiety. you could have possibly been worrying about something prior to bedtime which could trigger anxiety in the middle of the night or morning. anxiety does absoleutely crazy things to your body, but dont worry, you will be okay. do something to distract your mind because id you focus on your anxiety, it will only create more anxiety thus not letting you fall back asleep. let me know if you need anything! best wishes!
