I feel like I'm spinning but the room isn't. This sucks lol

Is this a mild attack, maybe?

Hi , I'm Freddy A , as you I feel the same , is a feeling of dizziness or vertigo that can have many causes , either high cholesterol or high triglycerides , ear problems = vestivular problem , etc.

I recommend that you go to a neurologist and an otolaryngologist to evaluate and determined the cause of your dizziness .

I hope you get better soon , I know it 's horrible but you have to be strong !. Remember that after the storm comes the calm .

I was actually diagnosed yesterday with Ménière's!
