I experienced panic attack few minutes ago from a symptom that I felt like I’m burning or having extreme temperature, I checked it but it was pretty normal though.
I’m going to get to the doctor get my blood checked in few days just to feel better.
Sometimes I experience crazy ■■■■, it could all be result of serve anxiety but also something else lol and that still makes me worried.
Sometimes I also feel like I have curtain in-front of my right eye or that I see blurry for a second. I can’t explain that. Might be because of my tired eyes or anxiety or something else, no clue.
**Have you ever had that feeling? **

anxiety can produce hundreds of weird symptoms. Don’t get too stressed about it. If everything checks out OK, then work on the anxiety management. The counselor can help with this.
long slow breathing is important to get in control and also some great meditations for anxiety and breathing on you tube!
Yeah right, I should get checked on all that kind of things but not exactly sure what.
I’ll go with blood, maybe I’ll get MRI done once again.
Today I feel like super anxious that It just might me something more serious and I just keep over-thinking about all that, what I’ve experienced and so and so on.
Like I think, this year is the worst.
I barely remember the past years or if I was over-thinking like that, the time is faster and faster that also makes me scared. 1 hour is like 10-20 minutes for me sometimes, that also happens when I’m in duty, waiting for something, school.
The time is just fast as hell.
Additionally had some memory issues but I guess they are just normal, my anxiety just make me over-think about that.
