I am desperate for sleep. Only sleeping 3 hours a night. My doctor believes it is due to anxiety, which to some degree it may be, but now I believe it is anxiety related to no sleep. I have been unable to get an appointment with a psychotherapist to perhaps investigate CBT therapy. I saw an online course called Sleepio. Anyone ever try it? I am so desperate to sleep!! Thanks....
How old are you? Maybe it is perimenopause or menopause. It is notorious for causing insomnia. Do you take anything that might affect sleep? OTC drugs, prescription drugs, energy drinks, etc?

That not an online course but a tool that helps u sleep. I am trying it. The things that it says they have some sense in them but u have to follow them and make a lot of efforts yourself
I can not tell you if they will help u get ride of insomnia but i believe slowly slowly it will get better. Try it.
