I'm 22. It's been a year now with anxiety. Now the problem I'm facing is difficulty of breathing. I never had breathing issue before my anxiety. It slowly developed and never goes away. I aslo noticed that I feel pressure inside my nose or in forhead and my eyes get much watery before sleeping. I feel like my head is blocked by water. Sounds wierd! But I feel like this and I'm suffering much and doctor can't find any wrong with me.
