I am on 5 mg of Cit and have been for about 2 weeks now. I get upped to 10 mg today after I meet with my doctor. But I have been having a weird side effect. I have had no anxiety today (which has been a welcomed change) but after I ate lunch I got anxious almost instantly. Has this ever happened to anyone else? I hate this feeling, I wish it would just go away!
This has happened to me. Im on week 5 of cit now. But yes when i first started it seemed after i ate i got more anxious. I even do still a little now sometimes. I think it's because this med causes so much upset stomach maybe? Im not sure.
Sounds like a gultan free diet might help
