looking for some nice easy recioes or ideas for dinners and kunch as i have tied ready meals and salads but would like to know what ones people are enjoying that work for us.
HI, I HAVE ONLY JUST STARTED THE LITTLE BLUIES 2 DAYS AGO, BUT HAVE DONE MY RESEARCH ON THE FOOD. HERE ARE SOME IDEAS.
THINK OF PASTA, VEG, FRUIT, RICE, AND MEAT AS FREE FOODS, ITS WHAT YOU ADD TO THEM OR HOW YOU COOK IT THAT COUNTS.
FLAVOURED RICE BY BATCHELORS WITH LEAN MEAT E.G FILLET OF FISH, CHICKEN BREAST, ECT, ADD EXTRA VEG WHERE YOU CAN TO HELP YOU STAY FULL.
PASTA WITH TOMATOES, MEAT, AND WEIGHTWATCHERS TOMATO PASTA SAUCE.
CHICKEN BREAST AND STEAMED VEG.
SNACKS- MULLER LIGHTS, SNACK-A-JACKS!

treen I wouldn't consider anything 'free foods' - just my opinion, I weigh EVERYTHING.
An 8oz fillet steak is 316 calories and 13g fat before you cook it.
BTW could you switch the capitals of?f I find it difficult to read.
Fish is good - trout or salmon but weigh it, both are quite high in fat.
1 piece of tin foil, place the fish on the foil add any of the following in quantities to your taste
lemon/lime juice
sliced peppers
salt and pepper
sliced mushrooms
chopped spring onion
a paste made by putting spring onion, ginger, peppers and mushrooms in a blender
fold the foil over to make a parcel. Either throw it in the oven for 15 mins, barbecue (yeah like that willl happen this year) or put in a steamer with your veg.
You can freeze the fish parcels. You can do the same with chicken.
Passatta stews
chop onions and other veg(my favourites are peppers, carrrots and mushrooms). Pick a meat, chicken, ww sausages, very lean mince or quorn mince.
dry fry the onion in a large pan.
add the meat, stir for a min
add the veg and passatta
season
bring to a boil and then simmer for 15-20 mins
Hope you can read this better now. thanks for the pointers. I am sorry that my advise did not work for you, but what I meant by free foods is that it is something that in moderation is not too bad. I stock my plate up with veg as my main priority, then add a little meat, fish, ect. personally I do not weigh my food, it would make me ill. I battled an eating disorder for years, so have to do this with as little pressure as possible (like being put on orlistat doesn't do that already). but hey, i hope all goes well for you. treen.
