Was just wondering if anyone here who has an overactive thyroid had it cause an episode of psychosis? Went into hospital just over a year and a half ago with psychotic symptoms, came out and had a full health check and they found out that I have graves disease. Doctors are unsure what cause the psychotic episode but one seems to think it could have been caused by having an overactive thyroid so just seeing if anyone else has had the same experience really.
