Anyone had UAE more than once?

Hello. I has UAE for a 6 month pregnancy equivalent of fibroids 2 years ago. I was left with a lump of necrotic (dead) tissue but i was dealing with that. now i have a 9.7 cm and a 4cm new fibroid even though i am 51 and have got reall irregular periods so nearly menopausal - my question is has anyone had UAE more than once? and if so - how was it? The gynie wants me to hae a hysterectomy......but i really don't want to but am scared the things will keep growing!

i had UAE May this year and am suprised that its growing back on you again. doctors said it should not grow back before 5years. but again, if you are about 51, And had kids then i would suggest you go for hysterectomy and get rid of it finally

but keep your ovaries though

Thanks Ruth. Hope your UFE is good. I'd rather not have a big operation that's the only thing. Need to think about it!
