I have it right now. Especially when I'm online.
From my belly button to my "nether region" Its like being held in a steel vise. The muscle tension just sneaks up on me -its nerves, rushing about, having chores to do on my list, talking to people, etc.
Anyone else have this and what do you do?
I kxnow you are in a hurry to get things done but why not try doing a bit less and more slowly? Don’t forget to build in time to rest and recover a bit as you haven’t always got to be doing something you know! x
