I getting adrenaline rushes all day every day but the worst is when I start to fall asleep. It started a week ago but the last three nights it has been so bad it has left me with no sleep at all. This stems from anxiety I developed from a health problem that resembles IBS! 2.5 mg of valium a night is not helping. Anyone ever experience this and if so how did you return to normal?
hi sarah yep this is a new anxiety sympton for me i get like a drop feeling in chest its a awfull feeling
