I have orange patches of skin on my breasts. They are not raised and seem subdermal, but very close to the surface. Capillaries are quite evident in these areas. I've had them for quite some time now, at least 2 or 3 years but they have certainly increased over time. They are not painful or itchy.
Right, looks like in dermis where our blood vessels located. Are you taking meds?

I don't drink or take any illegal drugs either. I was a heavy smoker for 14 years but recently quit and I am overweight if any of that helps.
Well, I've had it for years now so I don't think it's anything serious. Honestly I'm mostly just curious as I can't find anything similar. Right now my hypothesis is leaky capillaries.

They could be fatty deposits under the skin. Still think you should show to a doctor. If they are fat deposits you may have high cholesterol,as you also say you are overweight. You may need a blood test and also need your blood pressure read. Untreated high cholesterol can lead to heart attacks or stroke. It can be treated by medication.
