Anyone have any luck with valerian root capsules for anxiety and/or insomnia?

If so at what dosage - i.e. how many milligrams? Thanks.

yes i cant remember but i took 2 but now i take 500 mill magniseum and ashwanda at night it works amazing for me but takes a couple weeks to really work

For sleep yes but anxiety no. I was taking 4 kalms nights and drinking a chamomile before bed before giving up and just taking medication (Zoloft/Sertraline)
