Anyone have knowledge of or have experienced these symptoms of anxiety/panic attacks?

Can anxiety and panic attacks cause the following symptoms in a 3 day period if you worry to much? Such as muscle tension in biceps, burning sensation in right upper arm tricep with stiffness and heaviness. Burning sensations in feet with strong pulse anywhere the burning is. Neck pain, pulse in back of neck and head. Pulse in forehead, pulse in hand, pulse in fingers. Feelings of water splash on you when the area is completely dry. Lump in throat that isn't there and unable to be physically felt but is there. Heartbeat in right side of chest with left side beating also. Vibration and left ankle when standing and slight numbness. Sharp heart pain that travel to left side if your upper back when you try to workout. Also anywhere these sensations and aches are a heavy pulse is there too. Is this all possible if you are worrying in fear of a paranoia with constant high levels of stress and a feeling of doom? Or is it blood pressure and neuropathy related things? Anyone felt any of these? if so share your experiences and you can message me also.

I have weird sensations small vibrations and buzzing along with many other symptoms they can all last for days and even weeks. Anxiety can be horrible. You very well could be just suffering from anxiety and a doctor can usually rule out anything else. Try not to let the physical symptoms worry you. 

Hello telbear ive been suffering from anxiety/panic attacks for 30 years and I know what u r feeling but there are many ways to control it I control mine most all of the time first off caffeine is your enemy when it comes to anxiety/panic attacks so try to cut out caffeine if u drink it the caffeine aggravates the condition another thing to do is to get into yoga/meditation/breathing excercises it really helps alot another thing is to try GABA at GNC its all natural and it targets your neurotransmitters in your brain to calm u its wonderful also if u have high blood pressure it will cause anxiety so get a blood pressure machine and check it if u are already on blood pressure medicine for it then it might not be working for u and id get that changed...another thing incorporate vitamin D3 and a multivitamin your range should be between 80 to 100 for optimal health u might have a VERY LOW vitamin D level that can cause body and muscle aches and pains along with many others problems and most doctors dont check it so have your doctor check it for u if they say 30 or that u r in range up it yourself to try to get to 80 to 100 check out vitamin d council .com for more info the doctors go off of old medical books when they should be updated the suggested range is higher now..also try not to focus on your heartbeat and all the problems that are going on with your body I know it's hard you have to keep your mind busy with other things and get some hobbies that will keep you busy that will make you happy life is too short to feel trapped inside your body I help one person a day and I picked you I hope this helps you and I pray for you God bless you and good luck sweetheart

Do you only get vibrations? and yes it can be hard but I fear I am suffering from other diseases making anxiety even worse since other things can cause the things I feel

Thank you and you too. Should I really go to a doctor for this or let it fade? Hard to keep busy when I wake up worrying about the same thing and go to worrying of the same thing nonstop. And worrying of mines revolve around something that makes me feel like my future is gone and I am already dead so everyday since the incident I have paranoias and what ifs and pulses throughout my body even if I calm down..

Anxiety can cause all kinds of symptoms but a doctor can rule out if it's more than anxiety. At this point for me when I get a new symptom I wait because I would be at the doctors daily and I am from the US and can't afford it and all the other trips ended with anxiety as the culprit. But that is the best way to put your mind at ease. If you have not had a full check up in a long time go and get reassurance. Do not google symptoms ever that will make you and your symptoms worse 

Yes I would go to a doctor u just have to get on the right medicine and combine those things i told u to try Yoga etc everybodys body is different so if medicine is needed it may help u if needed i would start GABA from GNC first its natural and it works for me go buy that and go from there and see if u need a doctor for a tip for u to try that i do everyday is when u first wake up lay there for 15 mins and think about your wonderful day ahead of u and pray to God to be thankful to be alive and to help u through the day try that and see how your day will start I hope all of my tips help u telbear
