i had my last surgery in Nov. i am finding it difficult to adjust. i have flicker lights inone eye and now reading is worse that before. Had vivity with understanding distance and mid would be really good. its not. where andwho did yours? i dont know what to do!
Since you’re close to Philly, have you considered getting an opinion from someone at Wills Eye Hospital? I had my surgeries done by a Wills doctor at one of their suburban surgery centers.
No experience in this area, or in the US. However, keep in mind that because you have a Vivity in one eye, you don’t have to use it for the second eye. If distance is a priority you may want to consider a monofocal like the Clareon or Tecnis 1 in the second eye. Not sure what you call intermediate, but a monofocal provides reasonably good vision down to about 2 feet, as well as excellent distance vision if there are no other issues with the eye, other than a cataract.
