anyone know what these tiny bumps are?

they dont itch or burn or bother I was recently bedridden for some time could it be due to only being spongebathed or the sweat buildup that clogged my pours or smth else?? does this look like herpes or smth

Not herpes, but it’s really folliculitis. You can apply some hydrocortisone cream to soothe the affected area.

they dont look like herpes, they look like normal pimples

i have bee getting these the same since june of last year but no so much on my back on bum, but on my sides and upper thighs and waist, drs have no idea what it is, i am still waiting for a biopsy, what OP says, it is 100% NOT folliculitis, i have been on all the treatment there is for it, and can assure you it isnt that.

looks like molluscum contagiosum see if there is any dot or depression between bumps if yes then definitely molluscum
