i got treated for chlamydia in september, but still have mild itchiness and these sores. they have been there since early august and have not gone away so i dont think its herpes? but obviosuly not sure. i got tested for hiv, syphilis, chlamydia, gonhorrea, and hepatitis C. only thing positive was chlamydia. they dont test herpes but it is the only clinic i can go to since they are free and open on the weekends. i cant miss work to go anywhere else. anyone else have these sores? yeast infection blisters? they also bleed when i wipe.
Hi, if they have been there for months, I also think herpes is unlikely. It’s possible that antibiotics for Chlamydia gave you yeast infection. If not treated, yeast can remain indefinitely. You can try an OTC antifungal treatment. If it doesn’t resolve within a week, you should see a doctor for a physical evaluation.
