I feel very sore down there and had sexual intercourse 3 weeks ago. I check my penis one day and see these tiny spots under my foreskin im not sure how long they were there for anyone know what they are ?

its normal this white papillanecous str is normal , if you are still worried then can use surgery of 5 min by which whole part get clean
Looks like PPP (Pearly penile papules) or Fordyce spots. Both are normal and do not usually require medical attention, unless it starts to hurt down there. Not an STD, or a disease for that matter.
Def ppp. It’s pretty common for uncircumcised guys.
