On 75 mg once a day extended release. Have heard “that’s nothing”. Tons of people I know are on larger doses. Would like to hear from anyone on just 75 & doing fine. Been on this dose less than 2 weeks & doing”ok” right now. Appetite is back for the most part but still experiencing some morning anxiety. I know it takes weeks or months to get full effect but want to know if there is anyone out there only on 75. Thanks for any responses.

I was taking 37.5 twice a day and this was raised to 75mg twice daily.
I did some research and found the drug has a short half life.
Going on to ER solved the problem and I've been taking just 75mg for 9 months. I haven't used any Valium since.
So now you just use 1 75 mg once a day? Sounds like they had you on 2 of them & you went down to just one?
Yes I'm on 75 mg..have been for over a year..I'm doing just fine on it...I refuse to go higher bcuz of withdrawals if I ever need to get off...
Yes, I was taking 2x 75mg per day but I found that one ER was enough.
The drug has an anti-anxiety effect and this is what I need...depression isn't an issue for me. I took benzodiazepine meds for 40 years but have taken none for a long time.

EXACTLY the same reason I’m not too quick on bumping up as doc had wanted me to do.

It took me about 6 wks to feel myself again...it different from person to person....
